and grant you golden eyes and heralding wings

to let you rain your wrath

upon those who ever thought you

anything short of holy

and when the crowd jeers

as they ready to let you down,

speak the words thrumming in your heart

to the heavens above

and when the floor beneath you drops,

raise your wings
